What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No worries! If you need to reschedule, just give us a heads-up (max 48-hours in advance) and we’ll find a new date that works. If you need to cancel, your deposit might be kept as a cancellation fee, but we’ll always try to be fair and flexible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make it easy! You can pay securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Every payment is safe, so you can focus on your magical moments.

Do I need to pay in full upfront or only a deposit?

You only need a deposit to secure your booking. The rest can be paid closer to your shoot. This way, your date is safe without you having to pay everything upfront.

Can I book last-minute?

Absolutely! We love helping last-minute planners, too. Just keep in mind that availability may be limited, and your photographer options might be smaller. Reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it work.

Can I change my package after booking?

Yes! Life changes and so can your package. If you’d like to upgrade or tweak your session, just let us know. We’ll adjust things for you as smoothly as possible.

What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

Don’t worry about the rain or clouds! If the weather isn’t ideal, we can reschedule or suggest a nearby indoor spot. And sometimes, a little drizzle makes for the most magical shots. Your photographer will guide you.

Can I extend my photoshoot on the spot?

Definitely! If your photographer has the time, you can extend the session. Just let them know during the shoot, and we’ll make it happen—

there might be a small additional fee depending on the extra time.

Can I request multiple locations in one session?

Of course! You can pick more than one spot, depending on your session length. Just tell us your favorites, and we’ll plan the best route so your moments flow naturally.

PHOTO DELIVERY

Can I get raw photos?

Typically, we deliver only edited high-resolution photos so your memories look amazing straight away. If you’d like raw files, we can often arrange it for an extra fee.

How many photos will I receive?

It depends on your package and session length. For short shoots, you might get 20–50 images; for longer or multi-location shoots, 100+ photos. Every image is carefully chosen and beautifully edited.

How long until I receive my edited photos?

Usually within 5–7 days. This gives your photographer enough time to polish every image so it perfectly captures your moments.

Can I request revisions to the edited photos?

Yes! We want you to love your photos. Most packages include one round of simple edits, like color tweaks or small adjustments.

How many revisions are allowed?

One round is included, but if you’d like more adjustments, we can usually make it happen for an extra fee.

Is there a time limit for accessing or downloading the gallery?

Your gallery is will be available for 90 days to keep everything safe and secure. Don’t worry, you can always ask us for an extension if you need more time.
